- Questioned by reception whether my passport number I gave was legitimate as I filled it out from memory. I am a frequent business traveller.

Filled bottle with what appeared to be half a chopped lemon left by previous diner. I asked for a fresh one which did not come so I walked over to what I thought was complimentary bottled water (highland spring) and sat down to have an credit card machine with £3.50 printed off. I politely declined and she said “what do you think I will pay it for you?” Manager called over and I explained the situation. Nothing said. Walked away.
